The IT company Andersen invites a smart Lead Generation Specialist to become part of its strong professional team.

Responsibilities:
- Managing email inboxes (Gmail, Outlook) for communication and lead follow-up.
- Planning and executing follow-up touchpoints to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
- "Warming up" leads through personalized communication to maintain engagement and increase conversion potential.
- Collaborating closely with sales managers and their assistants to ensure smooth handover of high-quality leads.
- Communicating with call center teams and LinkedIn outreach teams to ensure cohesive lead management and strategy alignment.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, ensuring all lead interactions are properly documented.
- Learning and applying best practices in email outreach and lead management to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Regularly communicating with the sales team to provide updates on lead status and receive feedback on processes.
- Participating in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to develop creative strategies for engaging leads and improving processes.
- Continuously learning and adapting to new tools, methods, and strategies in email marketing and sales.
Must-haves:
- University degree.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs – a confident PC user.
- Well-breed speech (both spoken and written).
- Willingness to grow in sales.
- Knowledge of business etiquette, initiative, ambition, and creativity.
- Proactivity and focus on achieving results.
- Tolerance to monotonous tasks, diligence, and stress resistance.
- Level of English – Intermediate+ or above.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or in a similar position;
- Experience in IT and knowledge of IT trends.
